Guiding a talented group of Branch Lending Managers, and their teams, we strive to deliver improved access to capital and quality products that will help our clients achieve their financial goals in markets that we serve across the US. Specializing in residential mortgage lending while also offering competitive commercial lending programs, I’m accountable for roadmap development, market expansion and growth, resource allocation, risk management, compliance, and HR oversight. My background in customer experience transformation is exemplified by my commitment to helping those within my community and empowering underserved individuals to attain financial freedom and it is this commitment that fuels my teams’ ability to close the gap between what is needed and what needs are met. I am a culture carrier who knows that what Liberty Bank does is so much more than banking and lending.

An industry veteran, I began my career as a Branch Manager at TCF Bank, where I learned how to serve clients, communities and became obsessed with helping clients achieve their financial goals. From there, I joined JPMorgan Chase and throughout my 18-year tenure there, I took on leadership roles of increasing responsibility in retail banking as an Executive Director Market Director Banking, in mortgage lending as a Lending Manager and in Business Banking as an Area Manager. My extensive financial services knowledge contributes greatly to my ability to foster customer obsessed teams and service-based cultures focused on the delivery of a deep and unique client experience.

As an active member within my community, I contribute my talents for innovation and modernization to a variety of organizations, businesses, chambers, and churches pursuing opportunities to engage the people in those communities to help them achieve their financial goals. When I’m not focused on fulfilling the promises of Liberty Bank and clients, you can surely find me on the golf course, at local sporting events or on my couch watching sports or a movie.
