Our suite of residential lending and commercial products/programs allow us the opportunity to serve our customers efficiently and effectively. Our goal is to have a deep concentrated impact on closing the gap of homeownership for minorities.

I have extensive mortgage lending experience in the CRA Lending space, with a specialty in down payment assistance programs. Serving the Chicago market as Community Lending Manager, it’s my charge to increase our presence in the market and to ensure that we are providing the mortgage lending programs needed for our market. It’s important to me that your mortgage process is seamless. My knowledge and expertise along with our bank’s commitment to increasing homeownership, will help us to accomplish this goal.

My introduction to Emerging Markets lending began as a residential loan officer with Washington Mutual Bank, and continued on for many years as a CRA residential lender with Chase Bank. I’ve continued to provide residential lending in the CRA space for 20 years, with banks such as Charter One, First Midwest, Associated Bank, First Merchants and Fifth Third. It’s my passion for CRA lending that has led me to Liberty Bank. Because of Liberty Bank’s commitment to residential lending in majority minority neighborhoods, I know that I’m at the right bank at the right time.

Educating the individuals in the neighborhoods that we serve is my commitment. Therefore, I spend time presenting at mortgage lending seminars, housing events, community events, etc. I do take a break from lending at times, and when I do, I’m enjoying my family.
